Who can file a complaint? شکایت کون درج کرسکتا ہے؟
Any investor, prospective investor, or their authorized representative who has a complaint against a MUFAP member Asset Management Company (AMC) or its funds.
How long does resolution take? حل میں کتنا وقت لگتا ہے؟
Under SECP SRO guidelines, complaints must be resolved within 30 working days of acceptance. The system automatically escalates overdue complaints through 4 levels.
Can I track my complaint? کیا میں اپنی شکایت ٹریک کرسکتا ہوں؟
Yes! After filing, you'll receive a ticket number. Use the 'Track Complaint' feature to see real-time status updates, timeline, and all responses.
What if I'm not satisfied with the decision? اگر فیصلے سے مطمئن نہ ہوں تو؟
You can file an appeal within the designated window. Your appeal will be reviewed by the independent Review & Appeal Committee (RAC), ensuring a fair second review.
Is my information confidential? کیا میری معلومات خفیہ رہیں گی؟
Absolutely. All complaint data is handled with strict confidentiality. Only authorized MUFAP staff, the concerned AMC, and regulatory bodies have access to relevant information.
What documents do I need? کون سے دستاویزات درکار ہیں؟
CNIC copy, account/folio statement, and any correspondence with the AMC. You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, or XLS files (up to 10MB each).
